Lois Eisenstein

Lois Peel Eisenstein is Senior Attorney for the Texas A&M Research Foundation, where she provides counsel on legal and transactional issues arising from research contracts and grants.  Prior to joining TAMRF, Lois was the intellectual property attorney for The University of Arizona in Tucson.  She and her husband moved to Arizona from New York City, where she was General Counsel and Senior Vice President of Business Affairs for Viacom’s MTV Networks division. Lois began her legal career with the law firm Weil, Gotshal & Manges in New York City, and she is a cum laude graduate of the St. John’s University School of Law in Queens, New York.
